Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

UK DELIVERY

Standard tracked delivery: £3.99 (2 to 3 business days)

Express tracked delivery: £5.99 (1 to 2 business days)
Please be aware that orders placed by 12 PM will be dispatched on the same day and any orders after 12 PM will be dispatched the next day

Free shipping when you spend £25 or more

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

EU

Standard tracked delivery: from £5.99 (3 to 5 business days)
(the delivery fee will increase based on weight)

Free shipping on all orders £60 and up

PLEASE NOTE: For EU customers, all orders below €150 are free from custom charges. 

REST OF THE WORLD

Standard tracked delivery: from £9.99 (5 to 10 business days)
(the delivery fee will increase based on weight)

In addition, we do not take any responsibility for any local customs charges that may arise in any of the countries outside the UK.

 

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and hygiene of our skincare products.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened and unused in its original packaging. You'll also need the proof of purchase. Please contact us at Hello@seraphinonline.com within 14 days of receiving your order to report the issue.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
